• Inspection of shelving systems at our customers' sites domestically and, where applicable, abroad • Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries • Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer appointments • Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks • Handling complaints and troubleshooting/problem resolution
