Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding)
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels
  • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership
