- Platform Configuration & Setup: Manage the Salesforce Setup menu, including user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Maintain organizational security using Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD) and sharing rules. - Agentic AI & Automation: Build and maintain "no-code" automation using Flow Builder. Configure Agentforce AI agents to automate customer service responses and sales workflows. - Data & Analytics Management: Oversee data health, deduplication, and migration using Data Loader. Design high-impact custom reports and Lightning Dashboards to provide leadership with real-time business intelligence. - UI/UX Customization: Use Lightning App Builder to create personalized page layouts, dynamic forms, and mobile-responsive interfaces that increase user adoption. - User Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting system issues. Develop and deliver training modules via Trailhead Custom Learning Paths to onboard new employees. - Security & Compliance: Perform regular Salesforce Health Checks to ensure data protection and compliance with global regulations like GDPR or CCPA.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role. Stroing proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center.
  • Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments in a business setting
  • Advanced Proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder, Data Cloud, and AI Prompt Engineering.
  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory. Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into technical "User Stories"
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service teams through CRM systems.
  • Experience working in remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and system optimization.
  • Experience maintaining data quality, data governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure proper data structure within Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for user issues.
  • Experience providing user training, documentation, and onboarding support.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams.
  • Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
