Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong background in enterprise software, with exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts applied to data integration, automation, or analytics.
- Ability to design and manage technical solutions involving large-scale data movement.
- Excellent communication skills — able to interact with C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects successfully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Team management experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
- QA skills to backtest solutions.
- Basic knowledge of using Postman for API testing.
- Ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) for clients.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones according to business needs.
