• Support the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) in driving both client‑facing initiatives and enterprise‑level internal programs. • Advance organizational strategy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high‑quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio. • Bring deep expertise in benefits administration systems, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and lead initiatives that support client success and enterprise growth. • Lead and coordinate client projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams. • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, effective planning, and consistent delivery of high‑quality outcomes. • Manage internal initiatives that support client success, operational improvements, and enterprise‑level strategic objectives. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Smartsheet, Jira, and other tools, applying Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client‑facing environments.
  • 2–5 years of direct project or program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and related project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
