• Lead strategic, multi-phase programs involving infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise hosting. • Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Partner with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes. • Manage high-complexity projects with broad scope, significant risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies. • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards. • Facilitate SLT-level communications, steering committee updates, and executive escalations. • Champion continuous improvement, agile adoption, and delivery excellence across the project lifecycle. • Mentor and coach PM3s and junior project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. • Lead enterprise, customer‑facing infrastructure delivery programs with contractual, SLA, and financial accountability. • Ensure predictable, on time delivery of complex infrastructure implementations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of project/program management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-scale programs with global impact.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work in any shift as per project requirements.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
