Senior Associate – Scrum Master

• Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Reviews. • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework across Salesforce projects. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Developers to prioritize backlog and manage sprint goals. • Document and raise risks/ issues and follow up for timely mitigation. • Conduct scrum of scrums and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. • Track and report team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown charts and communicate progress to stakeholders. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Salesforce releases, integrations, and deployments. • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards. • Coach team members on Agile practices and Salesforce delivery processes.
Job Requirements
- 7 plus years of overall experience and 5 years of experience as scrum master managing Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience and Revenue Cloud as well as custom development.
- Experience of playing client facing role.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, or similar).
- Leverage JIRA to report on project KPI’s.
