Group Compensation Specialist

• Maintain salary ranges, job architecture alignment, and global compensation guidelines. • Support annual cycles (merit, promotions, bonuses) and ensure accurate global compensation data. • To secure that Dayforce (internal ERP) is up to date, with accurate and in timely manner data. • Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses, recommending adjustments. • Coordinate participation in compensation surveys and support transparency/compliance reporting • Prepare compensation insights for P&C and business leaders. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data quality. • Advise P&C, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders on compensation practices and internal equity.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of compensation experience, ideally with exposure to multiple regions or markets
  • Hands-on experience with salary range frameworks and compensation administration
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles and governance practices
  • Familiarity with pay equity concepts and awareness of transparency regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Ability to interpret market data and prepare clear reports
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish language is a plus
