Senior Product Designer

MedTrainer

• Design end-to-end user flows and information architecture. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define and validate user experiences. • Establish and evolve UX patterns; present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, scalable product solutions. • Contribute to and enhance the company's design system by defining component behaviors and usage guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced English (Mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer working on web, mobile, or healthcare software (Mandatory)
  • Demonstrated expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or equivalent training in user-centered or product design disciplines
  • Proven ability to solve complex product and UX challenges
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality product design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
  • Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, and UX writing
  • Solid understanding of visual communication and user-centered design principles
  • Experience working within Agile and MVP methodologies
  • Basic understanding of frontend development and CSS concepts
  • Ability to define, document, and maintain component behavior within a scalable design system.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing recurring and long-term projects
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous learning mindset
  • Open and patient with constructive feedback
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex concepts
