• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance • Knowledge of pretexting is preferable • Ability to think outside the box
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age – unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws
- Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred
- Must pass a clean driving record
- Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state

• Conduct proactive outreach to members via phone, SMS, and email to collect required clinical intake information - target of 80-100+ daily touchpoints. • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, delivering clear and empathetic communication throughout the intake process. • Gather and validate patient demographic, clinical, and treatment information required to initiate care. • Schedule and confirm treatment appointments while coordinating with nursing agencies and infusion providers. • Verify medication receipt and ensure patients understand treatment preparation requirements prior to therapy. • Prepare comprehensive handoffs to Care Coordinators, including intake summaries, supporting documentation, and next steps. • Verify member eligibility and benefits, confirming insurance coverage, payer details, and cost-sharing information needed to initiate care. • Support preparation of prior authorization documentation and track authorization, renewal, and extension status. • Identify and escalate urgent clinical or safety concerns to licensed clinical staff according to protocol. • Maintain accurate documentation across CRM and EHR systems to ensure continuity of care. • Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and member privacy standards in all communications and records.

• Follows admissions criteria for all perspective students in accordance with all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations, and all accrediting agency standards and requirements. • Contacts potential students utilizing most appropriate method of contact (e.g., phone, email, etc.) to set up information session. • Conducts interviews of prospective students while gauging interest level, area of study, time and availability, etc. • Serve as liaison between prospective student and Admissions on their initial visit to the school • Contact graduates, previously cancelled students, and students scheduled to start in classes to provide program opportunities and assess class readiness. • Use Interaction Client to efficiently respond to student inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of approved communication. • Evaluates prospective students based on his/her needs, desire, interests, qualifications, motivations, commitments, and determinations in a qualitative manner. • Completes and maintains all required paperwork (e.g., enrollment, transfer requests, etc.) and data entry in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner. • Refers students as appropriate to Student Finance and/or correct department. • Schedules appointments for campus tours. • Follows all training and guidance as provided by the Director of Admissions. • Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, CIE, and internal UMA policies and procedures. • Effectively communicates compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
