RFP Writer
Case IQ
• Support the completion of RFPs, RFIs, vendor assessments, security questionnaires, due diligence requests, and related submissions by reviewing requirements, tracking timelines, and helping ensure all required materials are completed. • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather accurate answers, supporting documents, and approvals while helping keep requests moving toward completion. • Maintain visibility into active, completed, and upcoming requests through trackers, shared documentation, Loopio, or other internal systems. • Draft, edit, and refine responses so they are clear, accurate, professional, and aligned with Case IQ's messaging and customer-facing standards. • Adapt approved knowledge base content to fit specific prospect or customer questions while maintaining consistency in tone, terminology, and accuracy. • Review response materials for grammar, formatting, completeness, and overall quality before final review or submission. • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Security, Legal, Finance, Operations, Implementation, Support, and other internal teams to collect required information. • Partner with Sales and Account teams to understand prospect or customer context and ensure responses are tailored where appropriate. • Route legal, security, privacy, compliance, pricing, or contractual questions to the appropriate internal reviewers. • Help maintain Case IQ's RFP response knowledge base in Loopio, ensuring reusable answers, templates, and supporting materials are organized, current, and easy to find. • Update standard responses, company information, product descriptions, security language, compliance content, and other reusable materials in Loopio as needed. • Identify outdated, inconsistent, or incomplete content and work with subject matter experts to refresh it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP support, business writing, sales support, marketing, communications, customer operations, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, following up on outstanding information, and working collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to understand business, product, technical, security, and compliance information and turn it into clear written responses.
- Experience with RFPs, RFIs, vendor assessments, security questionnaires, SaaS, compliance, investigations, risk management, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or accessibility questionnaires is considered an asset.
- Experience using Loopio or similar RFP response management software is considered an asset.
