• Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms. • Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated. • Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager. • Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team. • Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities. • Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals. • Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence. • Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines. • Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented. • Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts. • Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up. • Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks. • Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in managing IT projects.
- Experience with managing global stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce environment & digital tools.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP, CPQ, Jira will be considered an advantage.

We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timelines. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms. - Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW. - Lead multiple projects concurrently. - Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks early. - Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition. - Lead post-project evaluations. - Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders. - Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Have you got what it takes? - University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification - Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment. - Proven track record managing multiple projects. - Comfortable working with technical teams. - Experience serving as the primary client contact. - Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans. - Proactive in managing risks and escalations. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet. - Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
