• Lead and manage end-to-end product implementations for clients • Coordinate daily with clients and development teams, keeping both sides aligned and accountable • Oversee and coordinate developer activities in a structured way: track tasks, monitor status, and ensure quality and deadlines are met • Act as the main point of contact for delivery, reporting to the VP of Client Delivery • Provide product expertise to clients and serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation phase • Proactively identify and resolve issues, keeping projects on track • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, developers, and senior management • Create and maintain project tracking documentation and regular status reports

• Lead end-to-end IoT project lifecycles from requirements through deployment and handover. • Develop and maintain end to end project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers. • Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals, escalating risks proactively. • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity. • Communicating effectively with Supply chain, General Contractors, Security Contractors and Field technicians regarding labor scheduling, material needs, project requirements and gathering feedback from the field. • Interface with engineering teams and client teams for project requirements and scope. • Manage General Contractors, Security Integrators, Subcontractors and Vendors with their expectations and deliverables. • Project handover with the highest quality. • Project financial reporting. • Continuous process improvements and cross teams’ collaboration.

We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timelines. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main client contact and ensure internal and external teams are aligned to project outcomes. How will you make an impact? - Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall). - Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms. - Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW. - Lead multiple projects concurrently. - Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks early. - Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition. - Lead post-project evaluations. - Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders. - Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Have you got what it takes? - University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification - Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment. - Proven track record managing multiple projects. - Comfortable working with technical teams. - Experience serving as the primary client contact. - Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans. - Proactive in managing risks and escalations. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet. - Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
