• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Sportsbook & Casino Operations team. • Set goals, define KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations. • Provide training, guidance, and support to strengthen operational capability. • Oversee sports configuration, live event monitoring, and market accuracy. • Ensure effective odds management, event integrity, and risk escalation. • Support QA testing for new sportsbook features, tools, and releases. • Coordinate with game providers regarding updates, promotions, and issue resolutions. • Oversee bonus configuration, casino promotions, and campaign execution. • Monitor casino performance and identify abnormal player or game patterns. • Supervise daily deposit and withdrawal monitoring, including gateway follow-ups. • Ensure timely resolution of operational or production issues through escalation management. • Develop, refine, and document internal workflows and SOPs. • Improve team efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times. • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Risk, CS, Tech, and Affiliates to support campaigns, releases, and operational needs. • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reporting. • Analyze trends, identify risks or opportunities, and present recommendations to leadership. • Ensure operations follow internal policies and industry best practices.

• Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution • Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals • Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities • Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers • Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions

Qualifications - Must be a licensed Nurse (RN or equivalent) or licensed Medical Doctor / Dentist / Veterinarian. - License acceptable from any country approved to be in our candidate pool or the United States (need state licenses). - Minimum of 1 year working remotely at a US based healthcare company in a clinical capacity. - OR Minimum 2 years of working in their medical capacity as a Doctor, Nurse, Dentist, Vet in their own country. - Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows. - HIPAA compliance knowledge required. - Other Front or Back Office knowledge preferred but not required. - Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). - High school diploma or equivalent.
