Job Description

Renewals Manager, Bilingual in Spanish

EDB

• Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, which will include partnering with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution • Ownership of contract processes along with customer communications including; co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals • Partnering with internal team players on all upsell opportunities • Enlist the efforts of account executives, sales managers, legal and finance when necessary to accommodate the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers • Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing, and completing transactions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience (software and/or subscriptions a plus)
  • Presentation/Communication abilities at executive levels
  • Contract negotiations
  • Performance oriented (has consistently met/exceeded a renewal and/or sales quota)
  • Expert organizational skills - ability to track and fulfil renewals
  • Prioritization - Proven ability to allocate time to highest impact areas
  • Fluent Spanish speaker, as well as excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally.
