• Research complex tech content topics, related but not limited to product practical applications and use cases • Interview subject matter experts to gather product insights and technical expertise • Create SEO-optimized, high-converting content such as blog articles, guides, and educational resources • Coordinate the content review and approval process with stakeholders and knowledge holders • Publish articles on the company’s blog, adapt content to various external channels (Atlassian Community, LinkedIn, Medium), and distribute it across them • Track article performance and continuously optimize content based on data and insights

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience creating long-form tech content (blogs, articles, guides, educational resources)
  • Experience working with B2B tech products
  • Strong research skills and ability to build content based on reliable sources and product context.
  • Experience in conducting interviews with various subject matter experts (product marketers, PMs, QAs, developers) to gather product insights
  • Experience creating SEO-oriented content that supports acquisition and conversion goals
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills: clarity, structure, tone, and consistency
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical business audiences
  • Strong sense of composition and storytelling
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong bar for content quality
  • Experience using AI tools as assistants, with strong judgment to verify facts, cross-check sources, and avoid treating AI as a primary source of truth
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with subject matter experts (asking the right questions, extracting knowledge, aligning on final output)
  • High ownership: you take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and outcomes of the projects from research to publication
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and move work forward without constant supervision
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
