Role Description The Recruiting Coordinator will join Zócalo Health at a critical time in the history of our company and of primary care. The opportunity for impact is large and growing, and Zócalo Health will lead the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care for the growing Latino community in the U.S. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring process from behind the scenes. This is an entry-level, hourly position ideal for someone interested in human resources, recruiting, or people operations. As an integral member of the Zócalo Health founding team, you will play a key role in keeping our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date, supporting resume review, ensuring interview feedback is submitted on time, and assisting with other related recruiting and people operations tasks as needed. This position reports to the People Operations Manager. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute in the following ways: - Maintain and organize Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure all candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and current - Review incoming resumes and route candidates to the appropriate roles and hiring teams - Track and follow up on interview scorecards to ensure timely completion - Monitor candidate pipelines and flag gaps or delays in the hiring process - Support interview scheduling and coordination as needed - Assist with basic reporting on recruiting activity and progress - Communicate with internal team members to keep hiring processes running smoothly - Provide general administrative support to the People team Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in HR, business, or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - General proficiency with the Google suite (docs, sheets, slides) - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus but not required) - Reliable, professional, and proactive Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role - Experience using Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems - Experience handling confidential or sensitive information - Experience doing lightweight reporting Benefits - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision - 401k - Generous PTO policy (up to 15 days per year for FT employees) - $1,000 home office stipend - We provide the equipment needed for this role. - Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth.

• Full-cycle recruiting • Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordination. • Identify and engage skilled trades professionals across multiple sourcing channels. • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, reliability, and fit. • Work closely with internal team members to move candidates through interviews quickly and maintain strong pipeline visibility. • Keep candidates informed throughout the process and maintain professional communication from first contact through final hiring decision.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters responsible for skilled trades hiring across multiple clients. • Track recruiting performance, identify gaps, and coach recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate quality. • Ensure each client’s recruiting strategy is executed correctly and adjusted when results slow down. • Monitor recruiting pipelines and make sure candidates are moving through the process quickly. • Ensure candidate submissions meet quality standards and recruiters are properly evaluating experience and fit. • Work with internal teams to ensure recruiting operations run smoothly and client expectations are met.

• Source and engage AI contributors across multiple online channels and communities • Explore, test, and scale sourcing channels (social media, forums, niche communities, job boards, etc.) • Create and refine outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates • Work effectively with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and incomplete information • Track basic performance signals (response rates, drop-offs, volume) and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project delivery goals
