Senior Leadership Architect
Potential Project
• Lead client engagements from end-to-end • Drive client development and build lasting client relationships • Lead agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership and organizational needs and develop innovative leadership development programs • Facilitate leadership development workshops with executives at all levels • Create new thought leadership in how we support leaders • Mentor and develop colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals • Advise clients on a wide range of topics regarding their leadership development systems and architectures
Job Requirements
- 8 + years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Leadership Development, Design Thinking / Learning Design / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of high level content on Thought Leadership
- Extensive personal meditation /personal development practice in excess of 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
- Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC)
- Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in a Boutique organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline.
