• Webinar Preparation & Setup • Coordinate and prepare logistics and systems for upcoming webinars and investor events • Configure webinar platforms and ensure all technical systems are ready before events • Create and manage webinar registration and sign-up forms • Prepare and format webinar presentation slide decks • Update presentation slides when needed • Content & Event Coordination • Prepare speaker bios and headshots for webinar promotion • Organise marketing materials and assets required for webinars • Coordinate partnership or affiliate requests related to webinars • Manage and configure affiliate links and tracking if required • Marketing Campaign Execution • Prepare promotional materials for webinars across email, WhatsApp, and social media • Support webinar marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Marketing & Email Funnels • Implement webinar-related campaigns, including investor follow-ups and member/non-member campaigns • Write and set up post-webinar email follow-up sequences and automations

Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Basic experience with marketing platforms, CRM tools, or email marketing software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and online systems
  • Experience supporting webinars or online events
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing and automation workflows
  • With own working laptop.
  • Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
