• Senior Asset Manager acts as the team lead and primary point of contact for customer inquiries • Maintain customer relationships • Lead or manage flow of projects, ensure budgets, margins, and timelines are met, and personnel resources are available • Source new opportunities within a customer’s facility • Quoting jobs and following up with customers • Manage contract management and asset managers under team • Monitor team KPIs and lead process improvement • Provide data/KPI feedback for back-office efficiency and corporate initiatives • Manage multi-team special projects for margin and revenue improvement • Detailed understanding of all obligations including service responsibilities, response times, reporting scope of work, billing rates, termination clauses, etc. • Customer direct contact and technical ownership • Manage site turnover documentation and spare parts management • Track warranties and RMAs, and provide recommendations for improvement • Maintain asset operating plans, preventative and corrective maintenance obligations

• Manage and lead the Protection & Control and SCADA commissioning team • Experience testing and commissioning high voltage power systems equipment including but not limited to: Power transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, protection relays and SCADA systems • Read and interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Familiarity with different types of protection relays from GE, SEL, Siemens, and ABB. • Familiarity with different electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, power analyzers, Omicron, Doble, Megger, and more • Train and develop employees to latest industry and client standards • Develop commissioning execution test plans and work procedures • Ensure compliance with all Spark, client and industry safety practices • Initiate and/or respond to customer inquiries, discuss trouble details and confirm resolutions.

• 24/7 monitoring of electrical energy production or storage assets • Respond to all requests from BES balancing authorities or grid owner/operators • Minimize generation equipment downtime, identify and triage plant under-performance, and identify and troubleshoot telemetry/SCADA interruptions at any asset under contract • Coordinate with field technical staff to remotely monitor, troubleshoot, and control equipment during corrective or planned maintenance activities. • Respond to grid owner/operator or balancing authority requests or in emergencies for operational actions within mandated response timelines • Monitor and respond rapidly to issues affecting power production of assigned power producing assets • Triage and/or escalate found production issues and initiate dispatch tickets in coordination with field dispatchers, asset managers, asset owners, and other ROC team members and supervisor • Coordinate planned maintenance outages in coordination with the grid owner/operator or balancing authority, asset manager, field teams, asset owner, and any other stakeholders. • Support technical field staff during asset maintenance or inspections. Includes equipment status checks, safe remote operations of equipment, and remote troubleshooting of equipment.
