• Upload and maintain product information including descriptions, pricing, calendars, and images. • Ensure the accuracy and quality of product listings across the platform. • Use AI tools to assist with content creation, optimization, and translation of product descriptions. • Provide ongoing support to operators using our platform and booking systems. • Handle booking inquiries including changes, cancellations, refunds, and urgent cases via Chat, Slack, WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, and Phone. • Assist in troubleshooting reservation system and API integration issues. • Investigate booking or availability discrepancies and coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve issues.

• Manage projects related to supplier onboarding and platform implementations. • Lead onboarding projects for attractions, tours, and activity suppliers onto the BeMyGuest booking system. • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure suppliers go live successfully. • Gather and document business and operational requirements from suppliers and internal teams supporting suppliers. • Coordinate across supplier success, operations, product, engineering, and partnerships teams. • Support projects involving API integrations, reservation system connectivity, and platform configuration.

• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, availability, media assets, and other relevant details. • Write, copyedit, and optimise content for product pages and related sales platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all product content, structure, and setup adhere to established guidelines before activation with distribution partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate API integrations, including managing product mapping, validating API functionality, and conducting comprehensive product testing. • Communicate with partner operators using our platform or integrated booking systems, working alongside the Supply Business Development team to facilitate seamless onboarding and align the booking flow prior to product activation. • Navigate supplier portals to gather necessary information for creating new products or updating existing ones, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. • Work closely with the Distribution Business Development and Customer Service teams, providing support in clarifying product information, managing product updates (such as closure notices), transitioning from manual fulfilment to API integrations, and keeping track of new product requests.
