The Applications Administrator for Windows provides comprehensive application administration support for all Windows-hosted applications within the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) Enterprise Infrastructure. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications, including: - Installation - Testing - Deployment - Debugging - Updating - Event logging - Patching The Applications Administrator for Windows serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to DTMO for all supported Windows applications, providing technical guidance and support to DTMO users and IT managers.
