The role is accountable for developing and enforcing IT policies, managing software and hardware assets, and ensuring data security and compliance. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications, including: - Installation - Testing - Deployment - Debugging - Updating - Event logging - Patching The Applications Administrator for Windows serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to DTMO for all supported Windows applications, providing technical guidance and support to DTMO users and IT managers. Key technologies supported include: - Windows Server - Internet Information Services (IIS) - Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) - Splunk The position requires monitoring the DTMO Passport website and applications during core business hours (0600 to 2200 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) and providing on-call support for mission-critical incidents outside of core hours.
