Role Description Tacoma Power's Utility Technology Services Division is looking for a Senior Technology Program/Project Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs and/or projects to implement, upgrade, enhance and replace critical technology infrastructure for Tacoma Public Utilities. The Senior Technology Program/Project Manager is a primary point of contact for the management of high-risk, high value projects. Further, the role is a reliable operator who consistently delivers good results, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The Senior Technology Program/Project Manager is responsible for managing and integrating the scope, time, cost, quality, success factors, benefits, human resources, communications, procurement and organizational change on projects to meet the business needs and ensure they are aligned to strategic plans. Job Description Summary GE Aerospace’s Product Validation (PV) Team is a cross-functional engineering organization that provides key expertise and resources across all aspects of test planning and execution, from ideation through verification and validation. Key teams and disciplines include Evaluation Engineering, Test Enabling Hardware, Test Facilities, Instrumentation, and Data Systems. These teams represent a growing global footprint with a wide array of world-class testing facilities. The PV team owns and drives testing efforts ranging from technology maturation component- and rig/module-level testing through full-scale certification and qualification testing for New Product Introduction programs. The Product Validation New Technology Introduction (NTI) Program Integration Manager is a programmatic and analytical leader with strong technical awareness, working closely with Systems and Design teams to quantify testing resource demands for efforts ranging from component-level tests to full engine builds. The role focuses on operationalizing the planning and execution of these activities across the PV enterprise, with an emphasis on schedules, resources, and demand visibility. This role will specifically focus on identifying demand signals for PV resources, decomposing and quantifying these signals into headcount, skill mix, and hardware needs, signaling these demands to adjacent teams within PV, scheduling and monitoring the execution of these activities.
