Parabroker, Credit Analyst
Pear Tree.
• Assess client financials, servicing calculations and credit policy across multiple lenders. • Prepare and submit loan applications in line with lender requirements and compliance standards. • Analyse supporting documentation including income verification, tax returns and business financials. • Structure loan scenarios and identify suitable lending options based on client circumstances. • Liaise with lenders, clients and other stakeholders throughout the application process. • Manage loan files from enquiry through to settlement. • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide updates throughout the process. • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and key stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth and professional client experience. • Manage operational tasks including valuations, pricing requests, audits and reporting. • Assist with documentation management and compliance requirements. • Support general business operations as the company grows. • Assist with preparing or creating social media content when required (desirable).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers in a credit analyst, parabroker or broker support role.
- Experience reviewing business financial statements.
- Strong understanding of credit policy, servicing calculations, and loan structuring.
- Experience reviewing financial documents including payslips, tax returns and supporting income documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and lenders.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during Australian business hours.
- Exposure to commercial lending or SME finance (preferred).
- Basic understanding of social media or marketing content creation (preferred).

• Support the development of a digital readiness heat map that consolidates indicators such as: Sports venue status and maturity, Availability and reliability of digital data. • Ensure workflows and information are appropriately communicated and delivered to various internal departments and functions. • Assist in gathering and organizing inputs from internal Autodesk stakeholders and, where appropriate, materials shared by design team counterparts. • Help identify and document non-technical risk factors (e.g., contractual, organizational, access-related, or ownership considerations) that could influence digital delivery timelines or outcomes. • Contribute to the creation of concise, defensible summaries that present risks, assumptions, and constraints in a clear, executive-ready format. • Support internal alignment by preparing materials that may inform: Product positioning discussions, Expectation-setting with leadership, Escalation or prioritization decisions. • Maintain clear documentation of sources, assumptions, and known limitations to ensure analytical transparency.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to obtain product cost data. • Collaborate with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Engineering teams to monitor and verify BoM changes. • Utilize internal cost system to generate BoM (Bill of Materials) cost rollup and comparison report. • Setup and maintain correct personnel, assembly and commodity settings in the cost system. • Assist in generating bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc product cost reports. • Identify and track appropriate performance measures, leading key performance indicators and associated drivers. • Be proactive in reviewing information, identifying inconsistencies, trends and issues for management. • Assist in maintaining consistent processes and standard formats, as well as design reporting summaries and scorecards. • Identify and understand opportunities and risk potential in the forecasts and help analyze their impact. • Support efforts in preparing communication to management and executive teams on areas of concern and actions required to meet financial commitments. • Support report automation efforts for the group; assist in the assessment and implementation of decision support tools. • Other duties as required.
