Consumer Marketing Manager

Your Remote Assistant

• Lead and manage existing B2C marketing channels • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid and organic platforms • Improve funnel performance, and develop compelling messaging across landing pages and email campaigns • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and performance tracking • Develop and provide creative briefs for static and video assets to the in-house UX/graphic designer • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI • Plan and manage Instagram content strategy and posting to support brand awareness and engagement • Collaborate with the UX designer by providing clear creative briefs for organic content assets • Develop landing page copy, messaging, and conversion flow aligned with campaign goals • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve landing page performance • Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion • Create email campaign copy and messaging for lifecycle and conversion-focused campaigns such as: Abandoned cart emails, Retargeting campaigns, Customer engagement sequences • Manage and optimize campaigns using Braze • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking tools • Use insights to guide campaign and funnel optimization

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong ability to write high-converting marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Experience creating creative briefs and collaborating with designers on marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, messaging strategy, and user flow optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • College graduate of any Marketing or related 4-year course
