• Workday Configuration & Optimization: Lead the enhancement of Workday business processes, including condition rules, calculated fields, approvals, and notifications; assess and redesign existing configurations aligned to best practices. • Automation & Process Improvement: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve data accuracy and efficiency. • Monitoring General HR Inquiries and action on Workday related tasks, provide best practice recommendations as Workday SME. • Testing & Deployment: Lead/support unit testing, system testing, UAT, and oversee deployment of system changes ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions; develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and process changes.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading Workday optimization projects in complex organizations.
- Experience documenting system governance and change management processes.
- Advanced Workday configuration (Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields)
- Workday Reporting and Dashboards
- Integrations (EIB, Workday Studio – preferred)
- Data validation and governance practices
- Process mapping and automation design
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Integrations).
- Extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Proven experience implementing automation and process improvements within Workday.
- Strong expertise in Workday Business Process Framework, calculated fields, reporting, and integrations.
- Experience supporting HRMS or People Analytics functions.
