• Analyze financial statements across multiple entities to evaluate performance and identify key trends • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making • Consolidate financial data from various sources into structured reports and dashboards • Monitor debt structures, leverage ratios, and financial covenant compliance • Support capital planning initiatives and financing strategies • Prepare investor materials, including presentations and transaction documentation • Assist in developing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and other investor-facing materials • Support capital raises, acquisitions, and financing initiatives • Organize and maintain financial data rooms for transactions and investor review • Assist with lender reporting packages and borrowing base reporting • Maintain debt schedules and capital structure summaries • Manage internal financial reports and dashboards for leadership teams • Support invoicing, billing, and payment tracking processes • Coordinate with accounting teams, lenders, and external advisors • Maintain organized financial documentation across multiple entities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience analyzing financial statements and financial data
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights
- Experience preparing reports and presentations in PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Title: Senior FP&A Manager Overview: The Senior Manager, FP&A is a critical business partner responsible for strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across BR USA. This role owns the FP&A agenda end-to-end, with a strong focus on supporting the PRO channel through close partnership with Sales, robust data analytics, and disciplined forecasting. The position is central to improving forecast accuracy, supporting commercial decision-making, enabling S&OP and IBP processes, and shifting Finance toward a more insight-driven, growth-oriented function in 2026 and beyond. Key Responsibilities: FP&A Management - Own the FP&A function, including annual budget, rolling forecasts, cash flow management, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly/annual company performance analysis & reviews - Lead variance analysis, tracking risks & opportunities, and financial and scenario modeling - Help develop and roll out financial strategy with actionable items & behaviors that are digestible for the lay person.
