• Build and maintain complex, integrated financial models, including detailed debt and equity forecasting and cash flow waterfalls. • Develop and manage short- and long-term liquidity forecasts and capital deployment planning. Partner closely with accounting and treasury to ensure alignment between modeled and actual cash flows. • Lead company-wide budgeting and re-forecasting processes, with a focus on bridging operational performance to financial outcomes and explaining variances across revenue, opex, and financing structures. • Design and implement scalable financial planning tools, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions to support a growing portfolio of operating assets. • Support preparation of materials for lenders, tax equity investors, and the Board.

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable for a growing organization providing community-scale renewable energy services. • Process invoices and manage payables system • Review mailed and emailed invoices • Manage invoice entry via Stampli • Ensure proper coding and required approvals • Update Sage Intacct for new projects and vendors • Maintain accurate W-9s, payment terms and banking details • Prepare weekly payment runs and process ACH, checks and wire payments • Assist with administration of audit process • Reconcile accounts payable general ledger accounts • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with the Company’s established accounts payable controls • Maintain a complete and auditable invoice documentation system • Perform 1099 tracking and reporting • Assist with special projects as needed

• Support the Company’s financial modeling and decision making across Encore’s project finance investments, M&A, capital raising (construction debt, back-leverage, and tax equity) and business development activities; • Participate in financing transactions throughout the deal lifecycle including financial modeling, due diligence, investor marketing, and definitive documentation, as well as ongoing compliance and management; • Manage the company’s consolidated portfolio model, making regular updates to core functionality and project inputs for accurate representation of cash flow projections and actuals vs. budget; • Support the business development team in pricing out project offtake opportunities and other sensitivity analyses, as requested; • Assess project investments and build presentations for leadership team that accurately analyze and communicate details, capital at risk, return scenarios and sensitivities; • Manage the financial modeling-related aspects of the company’s monthly reporting process to the capital partner, including synthesizing model outputs into clear and actionable frameworks; • Identify process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards using Excel; • Perform other duties as required.

• Build, lead and scale the Asset Management team to support a growing portfolio • Develop Asset Management focused policies, procedures and controls • Provide leadership to current team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and pathways for career growth and opportunities • Support the company culture while fostering accountability, data driven decision making and continuous improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making, maximize asset performance, help evaluate acquisition opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance • Provide operational feedback to engineering and development teams to improve future project performance • Oversee warranty and performance guarantees • Oversee DAS and SCADA provider platforms ensuring data accuracy, reliability and usability • Partner with Financial Asset Management on project operating budgets and forecasts • Monitor operational drivers of actuals vs budgeted and support clear, technically grounded explanations to financiers and stakeholders • Develop long term maintenance strategies, including transformer DGA analysis plan, inverter replacement plans, repowering and project life extension options

• Manage Greenfielding/Site origination efforts, ensuring greenfielding campaigns are completed on time and within given parameters (25%) • Plan, prepare, and lead weekly greenfielding calls, including tracking action items and outcomes (5%) • Support day-to-day business development activities as needed, including outbound and inbound lead generation (25%) • Manage lead screening and outreach activities, including call, email, and text engagement, as well as targeted cold-calling campaigns (included above) • Maintain CRM data and perform account administration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates (20%) • Develop financial models and cost estimates to support early-stage project evaluation and decision-making (15%) • Conduct initial site assessments, including high-level feasibility and development risk screening (10%) • Additional responsibilities • Evaluate utility policies, tariffs, and electric rate schedules to assess impacts on project feasibility and economics • Develop and maintain market-specific financial models for solar and energy storage projects • Monitor and analyze new laws, regulatory conditions, and incentive programs related to energy generation and storage, and communicate implications to internal teams • Provide data-driven recommendations for entry into new markets based on policy, regulatory, and financial considerations • Prepare proposals and written responses to RFP solicitations • Develop presentation materials to support customer meetings, internal reviews, and stakeholder communications • Create process diagrams documenting project permitting and utility interconnection workflows • Conduct research on land records and parcel information using online databases, municipal records, and in-person research at town offices • Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns in target regions to maximize response and lead conversion • Analyze project variables at scale, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across portfolios • Review and record land records from various forms of data including online records, town records, and in person research at town offices

• Technical lead for hardware and software related to project data acquisition and monitoring systems • Primary point of contact for monitoring hardware and software vendors • DAS hardware drawings and specification reviews and approval • Monitor and manage the performance of PV and BESS assets to ensure operational efficiency and optimize asset performance • Manage contractor and vendor relationships for ongoing operations and maintenance services, including preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring contract adherence and uptime • Support with landowner relationships and associated leases as needed • Support with ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and permitting requirements regarding PV and BESS assets, as needed • Track equipment warranties and compliance • Drive asset performance analytics, root-cause investigations, and loss assessments • Prepare reports for stakeholders and maintain performance dashboards • Monitor DAS/SCADA platforms, utilizing API integrations with CMMS and ticketing systems • Manage VPN and remote access systems; oversee asset-level communications, data integrity, and cybersecurity • Collaborate on safety incident reporting, emergency planning, and compliance tracking • Lead BESS performance monitoring and diagnostics (Roundtrip efficiency, throughput, degradation tracking, and cycle analysis) • Manage BESS dispatch requests, monitoring system trends and anomalies • Support optimization opportunities, repowering, and end-of-life considerations and logistics for PV and BESS systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making, maximize asset performance, and ensure regulatory compliance
