• Inbound telephone support to identify the needs of customers of a mobile technology insurance company, answer questions, and resolve their requests. • The specialist must identify the customer's need and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with the product and/or service procedures. • Each interaction may involve different types of situations reported by the customer. • Use systems to record interactions and perform service-related tasks. • Demonstrate empathy in every customer interaction.
Job Requirements

- Familiarity with mobile technology (cell phones).
- Availability for in-person training at Atento in Santana (after the training period, desktops will be provided for work from home).

Insurance Authorization Specialist I will work within the policies and processes as they are being performed across the entire organization.
