What you will be doing: - Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully executed. - Develop and share best practices across the team and organization. - Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. - Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Manage key deliverables such as reporting, forecasting, client invoices and key performance indicators (KPI). - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage client-facing presentations. - Assist with processing incoming project applications and technical review. - Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. - Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures. - Assist with customer and contractor inquiries. - Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.
