• Serve as the main point of contact for caregivers during the training process. • Communicate regularly with caregivers via phone, text, and email to provide guidance, updates, and encouragement. • Clearly explain program processes, requirements, and next steps in a non-technical and accessible way. • Answer caregiver questions and address concerns with empathy and patience. • Build trusting relationships with families from diverse backgrounds, including low-income households and single parents. • Support and motivate caregivers throughout the training process, helping them stay engaged and complete program requirements. • Use coaching and teaching techniques to help caregivers understand procedures and expectations. • Identify barriers that may prevent caregivers from completing the program and work collaboratively to find solutions. • Manage and track caregiver documentation requirements throughout the training program. • Act as a logistical hub by coordinating information between caregivers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring
