Delegate CX
• Prepare detailed merch quotes using industry platforms • Develop branded visual presentations, lookbooks, and product decks using • Create and manage proposals and sales opportunities • Coordinate directly with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and spec samples • Proactively follow up on orders, artwork approvals, and production timelines • Ensure CRM and order systems are accurately maintained and updated • Maintain and schedule weekly social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Update monthly newsletters • Design direct mailer artwork as needed • Create branded marketing materials aligned with client campaigns • Monitor and manage the Sales Rep’s inbox daily • Identify urgent matters and prioritize accordingly • Bundle non-urgent questions to protect Sales Rep focus time • Draft client communications and responses for review • Operate independently with strong responsiveness and communication discipline
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in Promotional Products, Sales Support, or Executive Assistant role
- Proven experience supporting a revenue-generating Sales Executive
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with Merch.ai
- Familiarity with iPROMOTEu iSUITE and promotional industry software
- Exposure to project management tools.
- Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

We are seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant and Board Liaison (EABL) who will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and serve as the primary point of contact with the GCC Board of Directors. This position drives efficiency and organization for the CEO’s and the Board’s efforts. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to work independently, comfortable liaising with high-profile individuals and working with confidentiality, experienced at multi-tasking in a variety of settings and on deadline, and displaying a high degree of professionalism and positivity in all endeavors. This is a full-time, exempt/salaried, benefit-eligible, remote position requiring limited travel of approximately 2-3 days monthly to GCC’s South Rim office, as coordinated with the CEO’s schedule as appropriate.
