• Implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand talent management processes • Translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations • Configuring talent management workflows, performance templates, goal plans, talent review processes, and succession plans. • Supporting system testing, data migration, integrations, and reporting • Troubleshooting functional issues and providing guidance on system optimization.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent modules
- Strong knowledge of HR talent management processes
- Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Experience with OTBI reporting, data migration tools, and cross-module integrations within Oracle Fusion HCM preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Help take full ownership of people operations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy across the company. • Act as the operational driver of the people function, ensuring HR systems, processes, and initiatives are structured, measurable, and tied to business performance. • Own and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, team member relations, and offboarding. • Ensure HR operations are structured, scalable, and consistently executed. • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and drive improvements. • Maintain high standards of compliance across global teams, contractor agreements, and internal policies. • Build or redesign HR systems, frameworks, and workflows from the ground up. • Own HRIS strategy, including implementation, optimization, and ongoing effectiveness.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and support staff • Create, support and configure workflows and software • Lead and manage change to improve patient access and efficiency • Analyze workflow and suggest solutions • Facilitate discussions to prioritize enhancements • Create and maintain documentation on best practices • Deliver training and education to various audiences • Identify and implement continuous process improvements
