Tech Lead / Solutions Architect Blockchain

Role Description Nous développons une super-application crypto multi-chain innovante, conçue pour simplifier l’accès aux services Web3 et DeFi à grande échelle. Notre ambition : créer une plateforme sécurisée, performante et intuitive, intégrant les dernières avancées technologiques (MPC, Account Abstraction, microservices cloud-native). Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) Tech Lead / Architecte Solutions pour piloter l’ensemble de la vision et de l’exécution technique du projet. Vos missions : - Architecture & conception : - Définir l’architecture technique (HLD, LLD, ADR) - Concevoir des systèmes microservices scalables (API Gateway, Event Sourcing, CQRS) - Architecturer l’intégration multi-chain et blockchain (EVM & Solana) - Mettre en place des solutions de custody MPC (Fireblocks / Privy) - Implémenter les standards ERC-4337 (Account Abstraction) - Pilotage technique : - Encadrer une équipe de 2 à 5 développeurs - Arbitrer les décisions techniques stratégiques - Assurer la qualité du code (revues, sécurité, performance) - Superviser les intégrations API (DeFi, KYC, fiat, data) - Infrastructure & performance : - Piloter une architecture cloud-native (AWS EKS, Terraform, CI/CD) - Mettre en place observabilité et monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus…) - Anticiper les risques techniques et gérer leur mitigation - Coordination & communication : - Être l’interface technique principale avec le client - Assurer un reporting technique hebdomadaire - Accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe (mentoring, pair programming) Qualifications - 10+ ans en développement logiciel - 3+ ans en architecture de systèmes distribués - Expertise en blockchain & smart contracts (Solidity) - Maîtrise avancée de Node.js / TypeScript en production - Expérience en microservices & Kafka - Très bonne connaissance AWS (EKS, RDS, Terraform) - Expérience en leadership technique (5+ développeurs) Requirements - Connaissances appréciées : - ERC-4337 (Account Abstraction) - MPC / custody (Fireblocks, Privy) - Environnement fintech / néobanque - Réglementation crypto (MiCA) - Contributions open-source Web3 - Langues : - Français courant - Anglais professionnel Benefits - Projet à fort impact dans l’écosystème Web3 / DeFi - Stack technique de pointe (MPC, multi-chain, cloud-native) - Équipe senior et culture d’excellence technique - Remote-friendly avec grande flexibilité - Participation active aux décisions stratégiques (ADR) - Formation continue (conférences, certifications) Company Description Pour postuler, merci de fournir : - CV à jour - Lien GitHub / projets (si disponible) - Court message de motivation - Disponibilité Envoyer à : contact@digihmb.com
