• Ser a referência técnica no time, garantindo que as melhores práticas sejam seguidas e que as soluções técnicas sejam eficazes • Configurar, implementar e desenvolver soluções na plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Integrar o Salesforce Marketing Cloud com outras plataformas e sistemas, gerenciando os processos de importação, exportação e segmentação de dados de clientes • Apoio na resolução de problemas técnicos complexos que surjam durante os desenvolvimentos • Fornecer suporte técnico e treinamento para usuários internos da plataforma • Acompanhar os novos lançamentos, produtos e recursos do Salesforce Marketing Cloud (atualizações e descontinuações)
Job Requirements
- Experiência comprovada com Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Conhecimento em automação de marketing, personalização e segmentação de campanhas
- Habilidade em gerenciamento de dados, incluindo importação, exportação e segmentação de dados de clientes
- Domínio das funcionalidades da plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS e JavaScript
- Conhecimento em automação de campanhas de marketing, personalização e segmentação de campanhas.
