• As a (Senior) Integration Engineer (m/f/d) at ACCURIDS, you bridge the gap between software development and practical application • You will transition from internal product development to a role where you design and implement technical solutions directly for our customers • You remain hands-on in the code while taking over the technical responsibility for client projects • You translate customer requirements into clear technical concepts and architectures • You develop and deploy functional prototypes to demonstrate how our platform solves specific technical challenges for our clients • You build and maintain custom backend extensions to adapt our platform to individual customer workflows • You develop integration scripts and middleware, primarily in Python, to connect ACCURIDS with external tools and data sources via REST APIs • You lead technical discussions with client-side experts (SMEs) to define requirements and clarify technical feasibility • You act as a technical lead for complex issues, using log analysis and debugging to find reliable, pragmatic solutions • You implement features and improvements in the core ACCURIDS codebase alongside your client project work • You create the necessary technical documentation, diagrams, and integration guides for the solutions you implement

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the full pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle • Lead PoCs, architectural workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices • Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures • Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, reference architectures, and technical how-to guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers • Help customers optimize ML pipeline performance, throughput, and scalability for efficient utilization of cloud resources • Act as a cross-functional technical expert, bridging product, technical support, and marketing teams around customer needs • Represent the company at external events including hackathons, conferences, and webinars

• Design, estimate cost, and propose Lightspeed communications solutions based on customer requirements • Work directly with the Global Sales Team and prospective customers’ Engineering contacts to validate requirements and technical details • Prepare, present proposals to, and review requirements directly with customers • Lead, attend, and actively participate in customer meetings • Identify new solutions within Telesat’s Lightspeed product portfolio which could lead to new revenue opportunities with customers • Work directly with customers to plan upgrades, review performance of networks, and to resolve service issues • Collaborate with Telesat’s Marketing and Product teams to identify available network capacity • Support projects from design to implementation • Update and maintain multiple databases as well as other Engineering information management systems • Actively participate in trade shows, customer events, and technical demonstrations in presentation roles

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs. • Take a consultative approach to security projects and have a holistic understanding of how security technology enables business. • Develop and deliver new security services offerings to address customer requests/opportunities. • Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through 1x1, team, and company training. • Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements. • Participate in self-study and independent work in lab facilities to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
