Senior Sales Operations Analyst

• Act as a strategic consultant to PS Executive Leadership. • Provide data-driven recommendations on forecast trends, pricing strategies, and operational improvements. • Present formal reports and dashboards that characterize global business performance. • Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting motion for PS bookings and revenue. • Consolidate Bookings, Revenue, and Expense forecasts. • Validate PS revenue/bookings forecasts and perform detailed variance analysis. • Identify systems/reporting improvements and manage processes defined in collaboration with senior management. • Actively support the Revenue Recognition process by running reports, informing stakeholders, and ensuring execution of actions. • Serve as a common interface to local finance teams

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of work experience in a business operations, FP&A, or analytics, preferably within a Professional Services or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights and 'tell the story' behind the data to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) data/reporting.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar ProServ tools is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect dashboards and data modeling in Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of services-specific metrics, including Utilization, LOE, resource allocation, sales/bookings, cycle time, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
