Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst (Bilingual) to provide first-line support, data analysis, and business insights to internal teams. This role supports the Renewals and Sales teams by assisting with quoting, reporting, business intelligence, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data and commercial processes.
