We’re looking for a marketer with high intellectual speed (strong judgment, fast learning, clear thinking), but who is happiest in the work: launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across channels. You love execution and take pride in performance. You can own campaigns independently and get real results. You’re mid-career and ready to level up. You’ve built strong fundamentals and are looking for a role where you can step into broader ownership and leadership. You’re intellectually sharp and learn fast. You don’t need 15 years of experience—you need judgment, curiosity, and the ability to compound learning quickly. You’re resourceful and relentless. You don’t wait for perfect inputs. You build, test, iterate, and make things work. Required Experience & Skills 5–10 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation Proven track record executing campaigns across multiple digital channels Strong skills in: Paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Landing pages and conversion optimization Lifecycle and email marketing Analytics and experimentation (funnel metrics, attribution, testing) Relationship management Event marketing Professional services marketing Excellent writing instincts (ads, landing pages, emails, positioning, thought leadership) Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal support Nice-to-Haves (Not Required) Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or technical audiences Experience building early marketing at a startup (0→1 or 1→10) Basic creative chops (can produce solid assets or direct freelancers well) Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker, Webflow, etc. Love Loveable? That’s a big plus for us. Compensation & Upside Base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 OTE depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes Equity participation aligned with company growth Clear path to expanded scope and compensation as marketing scales We pay for outcomes.
