Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm (M&A/Corporate) or as in-house counsel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) or equivalent international degree with an excellent academic record.
  • Solid M&A experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in a buy & build environment.
  • You demonstrate gravitas and strong negotiation skills.
  • You maintain a strong international network of specialists in relevant legal fields (particularly corporate and M&A law).
  • Pragmatic, flexible, and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently, building your own structures, and taking ownership without large support teams.
  • Business-level German and English required; Spanish, Italian, and French are a plus.

Qualifications - Juris Doctor (J.D.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), or equivalent degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. Preference for candidates that have practiced law in multiple jurisdictions as the role requires a global mindset. - Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience, including both law firm and in-house experience advising clients in the adtech industry. Strong preference for publisher side, rewarded advertising, and/or mobile gaming experience. - Fluency or professional working proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken). Japanese language skills are a plus. - Ability to translate complex global regulatory and legal requirements into practical, plain language, risk-based advice for the business. - A “can do” or “I will figure it out” approach to your work and the legal research, writing and communication skills that this requires. - Ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments and time zones. - Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time) as needed.
