Role Description Mistplay is hiring a Senior Counsel to support Mistplay’s global commercial and product teams as well as our APAC business headquartered in South Korea. Reporting to the Director and Assistant General Counsel, Legal & Regulatory Affairs who is based in North America, you will play a crucial role in supporting our APAC team as they seek to further grow Mistplay’s existing business in South Korea, China, and Japan and expand to new countries in the region. You will also serve as global commercial and product counsel, supporting team members in North America, the EU and APAC. The ideal candidate has demonstrated ad-tech and/or mobile gaming industry experience, experience leading regional legal operations, and has both law-firm and in-house experience.
