CERTANIA

• Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for Data & AI products and capabilities across the group. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, technical scope, and implementation priorities. • Identify use cases that can be built once and reused across multiple portfolio companies and functions. • Shape and manage a portfolio of reusable AI microservices that can be made available to everyone in the CERTANIA group. • Work with the API and data platform layer as the integration and intelligence backbone of the CERTANIA ecosystem. • Identify and structure high-value AI opportunities with clear business relevance. • Analyze Langdock usage across CERTANIA to identify recurring patterns, common use cases, and adoption trends. • Drive stakeholder alignment and manage the organizational impact of data and AI initiatives. • Prepare high-quality management presentations, business cases, and decision materials.

• Consolidation of subsidiaries' financial statements into a group consolidated financial statement in collaboration with the finance team • Preparation and further development of the monthly, group-wide management report • Support in the preparation of the budget and forecasts • Establishment and further development of group controlling within a modern, agile corporate controlling approach • Monitoring and analysis of the financial performance of our partner companies • Close collaboration with the finance and investment teams as well as external partners (auditors, tax advisors)

• Identify levers to reduce reliance on external legal counsel in a buy & build context. • Balance speed and legal risk in a dynamic environment.
