• Customer contracting ownership: Draft, review, and negotiate subscription/MSA agreements, BAAs as applicable, data use agreements, SOWs/work orders, amendments, and related documents • Strategic and channel/partner support: Negotiate partnership/channel agreements in coordination with the General Counsel • Complex vendor contracting: Lead negotiations for higher-risk vendor agreements, especially involving data, privacy/security, technology, or regulated workflows • Template/process improvement: Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and internal guidance; partner with stakeholders to drive adoption • Cross-functional counseling: Support GTM and product readiness efforts by spotting issues early and collaborating on workable solutions • Risk monitoring: Track legal/regulatory developments relevant to Arcadia and escalate emerging issues appropriately
Job Requirements
- J.D. and active bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Typically, 7–12+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house), with deep commercial contracting experience
- Comfort negotiating SaaS and data-driven agreements; health tech and privacy/security experience strongly preferred
- Strong judgment and communication—able to present risk clearly with practical options
- A process-oriented mindset and desire to build scalable systems
- Collaborative, high-integrity approach with good instincts for escalation
