• Own the technical pre‑sale and post‑sale journey: scoping enterprise requirements, architecting configurations and integrations, delivering proof‑of‑concepts • Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and pre‑sales for enterprise grooming, boarding, daycare, and franchise customers • Deliver consultative demos and technical walkthroughs tailored to executive and operational stakeholders • Design customized, scalable solutions aligning MoeGo’s platform capabilities (APIs, integrations, workflows, security protocols) with customer requirements • Create technical documentation, integration guides, and playbooks to streamline enterprise onboarding and support • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate enterprise needs, recommend enhancements, and influence the roadmap

• Partner with regional Account Executives (AEs) and Solution Engineers (SEs) to identify, qualify, and develop AI/ML opportunities within US Majors accounts. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops focused on our AI/ML portfolio. • Architect and prototype foundational AI/ML solutions, including proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate clear business value. • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the central AI/ML Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing customer feedback and emerging requirements. • Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in AI/ML. • Drive sales acceleration through AI-assisted "hands-on-keyboard" development, creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes.

• Uncover and understand business and technical requirements. • Design and architect technical solutions built on the Supabase platform. • Work with customers to lead proof-of-value implementations. • Provide regular customer engagements to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize scaled performance. • Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers. • Collaborate directly with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value. • Set proof-of-value timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria.

Role Description Tatum is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will engage with several projects that want to build fantastic blockchain applications. Your mission is to understand their technical requirements and articulate how they would build it using Tatum. - Work in tandem with the Sales team to evangelize and demonstrate Tatum to new prospects and partners via presentations and product demos. - Coach prospects' engineering teams on the best way to use Tatum to build their blockchain applications. - Develop technical documentation for prospects or help our community to build on Tatum. - Solve existing customers' technical issues. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or similar technical customer-facing role. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. - Strong ability to build demo applications and proof-of-concepts using JavaScript/TypeScript. - Ability to create clear developer-facing guides, integration documentation, and technical enablement materials. - Proven experience collaborating directly with customers to design optimized and effective solutions for integrating API solutions.
