Territory Business Manager, AFH Sales – Small Store
The Kraft Heinz Company
• Responsible for delivering quarterly and annual growth goals of small convenience stores within a geographical book of business • Present Annual Business Plans and uncover new opportunities • Identify and close core voids • Track against performance and sales metrics; report on progress (including wins, gaps, and non-performance) in critical sales meetings • Increase market penetration and grow market share • Collaborate cross-functionally to have a strong understanding of small store specific programs, new sku's and equipment offerings • understand trade spend to build a profitable sales pipeline • Manage customer deductions and invoices • Attend/assist in trade shows • Liaise between Kraft Heinz and customers to develop influential relationships with our key partners, and establish new partnerships • Challenge both internal and external teams to drive creative ideas that capitalize on business opportunities • Development of selling stories based on insights and analytic data • Support of S&OP through Forecast process and waste mitigation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required centered around profitable volume growth, customer penetration, and attainment of new customers.
- Experience in small store, retail, restaurant, culinary, and/or distributor industry preferred.
- Ability to travel ~30% of the time.
- Strong financial competence to impact P&L management; Effective business planning and data-driven strategy for maintaining current and securing new customers.
