Job Requirements
- A relevant tertiary degree in Visual Communication Design.
- Minimum of 3 years in a corporate setting, emphasising precision and reliability with in-house workflows.
- Must have a compelling portfolio showcasing deep understanding of design principles, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Ability to justify design choices with thorough research.
- Must maintain an internal QC process to eliminate errors (typography, spacing, alignment, data visualisation) before stakeholder review.
- Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Required ability to translate designs for use in non-design templates, specifically PowerPoint.
- Must manage and prioritise own workload, provide consistent status updates, and coordinate professionally with the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Excellent proofreading, basic front-end development (WordPress exposure), and DTP experience are a bonus.

Background UNICEF Georgia Office seeks to update its roster of local qualified graphic designers to support the development of high‑quality communication and visibility materials on an ongoing basis. Designers will provide services on demand, depending on programme and communication needs. The selected consultants will create visual assets in line with UNICEF’s global branding, accessibility, and digital communication standards. This announcement aims to establish a roster of pre‑qualified local graphic designers who may be contacted for future assignments.
