• Develop initial look and feel presentations based on client briefs and event objectives, including: Event logos and identities • Translate the design system across all event touchpoints and collateral, including: Large-scale signage, directional materials, pre-trip and welcome packets, high-end product packaging, amenity cards, and other custom event essentials • Serve as the senior design lead on assigned projects - working directly with clients and our account team to manage feedback, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using our project management system • Participate in project meetings, confidently present concepts to clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment from concept through execution • Project-based contracts ranging from 2–10 weeks depending on event scope
Job Requirements
- 6–8+ years of professional design experience
- Background designing for live events such as conferences, incentive programs, corporate meetings, or brand activations
- Proven success in a client-facing, senior-level role, including presenting concepts and navigating feedback
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Portfolio showcasing event collateral, environmental graphics, large-format signage, or experiential design work
- Strong understanding of print production and large-format printing requirements
- High degree of project ownership - comfortable serving as the primary designer from concept through execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable working within project management systems

Designers will provide services on demand, depending on programme and communication needs. The selected consultants will create visual assets in line with UNICEF’s global branding, accessibility, and digital communication standards.
