We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth for one of our clients, a leading digital marketing agency focused on the B2B sector in the United States. Key Details - Contract Type: Full-time - Work Schedule: 40 hours per week - Location: United States - Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1) - Modality: Remote Responsibilities - Revenue Generation & Pipeline Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong outbound pipeline through organic efforts (cold outreach, networking, referrals) to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. - Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights, positioning the agency’s services effectively for B2B clients in the US and adapting messaging to different decision-makers. - CRM Management & Sales Discipline: Maintain a structured and consistent use of CRM, ensuring all leads are properly tracked, followed up, and moved through the pipeline without gaps. - Value-Based Selling: Leverage strong knowledge of digital marketing to tailor solutions to client needs, communicate clear value, and drive high-quality, consultative sales conversations. - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and personal network, without relying solely on inbound leads. - Deal Execution & Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections effectively, and close deals, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and delivery teams to build strong proposals, align on strategy, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution. - Market Presence & Brand Positioning: Contribute to the agency’s visibility through client interactions, content, or networking, ensuring all communications reflect professionalism and brand consistency. Minimum Requirements - 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling marketing or digital services. - Proven track record closing deals in the US market. - Strong experience with outbound sales and self-generated pipeline. - Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) – must be able to sell fluently. - Experience managing full sales cycles and complex deals. - Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Solid understanding of digital marketing services (paid media, SEO, analytics, etc.). - Background working in agencies or marketing environments. Desired Skills - Experience selling to IT services or tech companies. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join one of our clients' teams at a U.S.-based company in the human resources industry. Key Details - Contract Type: Full-time - Work Schedule: 40 hours per week - Location: Open to candidates in LATAM - Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) - Modality: Fully remote Responsibilities - Multimedia Content Creation: Develop and edit videos, webinar assets, podcast visuals, and supporting B-roll footage to support digital content initiatives. - Short- and Long-Form Content Design: Create visual assets for both short-form and long-form content, including research reports, blog visuals, educational materials, and marketing content. - Editorial & Document Design: Design and format long-form documents such as reports, guides, and publications using InDesign, ensuring strong layout, typography, and readability. - Graphic Design Production: Develop typical marketing and communication assets such as social media graphics, presentation decks, digital banners, and promotional visuals. - Webinar & Event Materials: Design presentation decks, promotional graphics, and visual elements used in webinars, virtual events, and educational sessions. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all content formats. Minimum Requirements - 3+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia design. - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Experience producing or editing video content (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools). - Ability to develop assets for short-form and long-form digital content. - Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. - Experience creating assets for webinars, presentations, or digital educational content - Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2), with the ability to collaborate in a fully English-speaking environment. - Strong organizational skills. - Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
