• Define and execute the engineering strategy that powers the product portfolio. • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products. • Drive technical excellence while embodying core values of the organization. • Collaborate directly with the Chief Technology Officer and lead a global team. • Partner across the company, including with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Technology, and HR. • Translate product roadmap into actionable Engineering deliverables. • Align engineering strategy with long-term business objectives. • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies. • Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle. • Ensure compliance regulations across all engineering activities. • Lead the roll-out of AI-driven software development. • Mentor a high-performing engineering organization while promoting accountability and diversity. • Maintain metrics and KPIs to measure engineering performance and product quality.

- We are a remote-first company, and occasional travel will be required – primarily within North America, and Europe.
