Qualifications What you need to have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - 6–9+ years delivering technology solutions with ownership of platform operations, releases, and multi‑project coordination. - Hands‑on technologist who can design, build, test, and troubleshoot across SaaS platforms and integrations. - Knowledge of embedded insurance; familiarity with product governance and regulatory considerations. - Experience across insurance applications (policy administration, claims, billing, portals, EDW, document management) and API‑driven integrations. - Proficient with Agile delivery (backlog, sprint/quarterly planning); uses KPIs/OKRs and data to drive improvements. - Strong communication and influence skills; frames trade‑offs clearly for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Back‑End: API and integration development with Node.js + Java; data pipelines & orchestration (ETL/ELT, automation); Python + SQL for data engineering and operational analytics. - Demonstrated quality discipline (acceptance criteria, testing strategies, defect management, UAT). - Vendor/SLA coordination (estimates, SOW participation, performance tracking, escalations).
