Manual QA Tester Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Manual QA Tester to support testing efforts across SaaS applications, enterprise systems, and financial reporting This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise data flows, reporting validation, and financial systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities - Perform functional testing across SaaS applications and enterprise systems, validating business workflows and requirements. - Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. - Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, ensuring system stability and performance. - Document, track, and manage defects through resolution. - Conduct data integration testing, validating data flows across ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and reporting systems. - Perform source-to-target data validation, verify transformation logic, and reconcile data across systems. - Validate Power BI dashboards and reports, including filters, drill-downs, aggregations, and data accuracy. - Compare report outputs with ERP systems and source data to ensure consistency and integrity. - Test reporting performance and validate consistency between legacy and new reporting environments. - Perform ERP and financial data validation, including revenue reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and client/matter-level reporting. - Collaborate with business users to ensure accuracy of financial and operational reporting outputs. - Develop and maintain test plans, execution reports, and documentation. - Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, data engineers, and reporting teams in Agile or hybrid environments. - Participate in standups, sprint planning, and release validation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing. - Strong experience in functional testing and validation of complex business workflows. - Hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation. - Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis. - Experience with integration testing across multiple systems. - Experience testing reports and dashboards. - Strong skills in test case creation, documentation, and defect tracking. - Experience working in enterprise-level environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Power BI testing. - Experience testing ERP or financial systems (e.g. Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar) - Experience with data warehouse or data platform testing. - Experience testing SaaS applications. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other test management tools. - Advanced Excel skills for data validation. - Experience working in multi-vendor environments. - Experience in law firm or professional services environments (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities - Serves as the first line of customer service for internal and external customers. - Receives and documents patient referrals to hospice services, ensuring compliance with applicable coverage criteria. - Reviews referral for appropriate care setting and communicates with care center, business development and referral source when appropriate. - Gathers appropriate information to assist the clinical team in scheduling the evaluation visit. - Communicates pertinent patient information to the care center team via approved processes. - Coordinates with other departments for insurance verification and payer authorization as needed. - Professionally communicates and follows up with referral sources regarding required documentation for a complete referral. - Meets productivity expectations with quality documentation of complete referrals including all required follow-up. - Coordinates the evaluation/admission process. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED equivalent. - One-year administrative experience in a healthcare environment. - Reliable internet service and ability to office from home with minimal disruption to the workday. - Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer. Preferred - Home health or hospice intake experience. - Homecare homebase experience.
